Kate has been a business coach for more than ten years combining her health/wellness experience to speak and coach at a deeper level on the issues that impact performance and impact in the workplace. Kate has been a group fitness instructor since 1985 and is a certified personal trainer. Kate works with professional men and women who want to take their careers and personal lives to the next level. Kate is a professionally certified coach and has completed coach training with CoachU, Corporate CoachU, and the Coaches Training Institute. She is a faculty member of Wellcoaches Corporation, which offers wellness coach training to health and fitness professionals and coaching services in partnership with the American College of Sports Medicine.

Kate is the author of “Progress Not Perfection: Your Journey Matters,” a guide to living a purpose-filled, healthy, and connected life. She has been published and quoted in newspapers and magazines across the country including; Cosmopolitan, Self, Shape, Prevention, and Weight Watchers. She is also quoted in Shirley J. S. Archer's new book, “The Everything Weight Training Book: Tone, Shape, and Strengthen Your Body-Look Your Best in No Time” (Everything Series). Kate has also served as the lifestyle expert on Everyday Living, a nationally syndicated TV show. She has been an active member of the National Speakers Association since 1989.
